Welcome to the online donation scheduler.
This system is designed to provide YOU (our valuable donor) the most convenient means to schedule your donation pickup of used clothing, shoes, and small household goods. Our local call center call donors in the Anchorage and Mat-Su areas to schedule appointments and we also offer this convenient online service.
Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to:
Schedule donation pickups throughout Anchorage, Girdwood, Eagle River, Palmer, and Wasilla. Reschedule or cancel existing pickups- Locate the nearest unattended Donation Collection Drop Bin
- Locate the nearest attended Donation Center
- Obtain your tax deductible receipt for your donations
- See your donation history
- *Please note: Donation Pick-ups are available if you have 30 pounds or MORE (to make our routes more efficient). Each bag, box, or item should weigh no more than 40 pounds so drivers can lift and carry them safely. Thank you!
